Suggested Donation

Trailhead Fellowship is a faith-based ministry committed to supporting all families, regardless of financial circumstances.

The suggested donation for the 2026 Father & Son Campout is:

  • Father + 1 son: $260
  • Father + 2 sons: $340
  • Father + 3 sons: $420

This amount covers the camping fee, all activities, meals (Saturday & Sunday morning), and a t-shirt for each participant. Any additional contribution will help provide scholarships and further support our ministry.

If you’re facing financial hardship and unable to donate the full amount, we don’t want that to prevent you from attending.

Liability Waiver

By registering for this event, I hereby release and hold harmless Trailhead Fellowship, LeaderSource, their members, guests, employees, agents, and Camp Lone Star from any and all liability, including injuries, damages, or transportation-related incidents, sustained by me or my family during our voluntary participation in the 2026 Father & Son Campout.  

Refund Policy

If you cancel before the registration deadline (Oct. 15, 2026), a full refund will be issued to your credit card. No refunds will be available after Oct. 15, 2026, unless the event is canceled.
