Trailhead is a growing, decentralized movement dedicated to equipping men and women as leaders for Chinese churches in North America.
Leadership at Trailhead Fellowship requires a commitment to our mission, goals, and culture. Leaders must actively pursue spiritual growth as disciples and invest in making disciples who, in turn, disciple others.
We operate without formal titles or a hierarchical structure, addressing one another simply as brothers and sisters in Christ. Our focus is on stewarding what God has given us to lead others into His marvelous love. However, to maintain consistency and effective communication, we designate certain roles based on individuals' time commitment and skill set.
