Overview:
In September 2023, we will be hosting our 2nd annual LeaderTrek for women. We can’t wait to gather ladies for several intentional days of exploring God’s beautiful creation, developing in our own personal leadership capacities, growing in our spiritual union with Jesus, worshiping God in the wilderness and deepening friendships. These days together will be filled with fun, stories, depth, growth, reflection, silence, solitude, community and more!
Who:
10 Christian women who want to be challenged, grow spiritually and stay in some of the most beautiful places in the Marble Mountains.

Marble Mountains on the border of California and Oregon.

What:
6 Day/5 Night Backpacking & Camping Adventure!
Sept 10-15
- Sunday (Sep 10) – Arrive at camp and team building. Gear up. Stay in cabins @ Ranch Camp (We will be in two SUVs departing from SF/Bay Area around noon.)
- Monday (Sep 11) – Breakfast then drive to the backpacking spot. Start backpacking day to lake, set up camp, cook dinner around camp stoves (4-6 mile hike with multiple stops to rest, pray and learn God’s words)
- Tuesday (Sep 12) – Summit Hike (Sky High and Marble Rim) (6-12 mile hike with quiet walks, solitude time with God, games, sharing and many breaks)
- Wednesday (Sep 13) – Hike out to Ranch Camp, 4-6 miles, shower and sleep in cabin bed. 🙂
- Thursday (Sep 14) – Rafting ¾ day, whirlpool swim across river, cliff jumping and evening campfire at Camp. Stay overnight at Ranch Camp again in cabin bed.
- Friday (Sep 15) – Breakfast then depart to SF/Bay Area

$588 per person

About our group leaders:
Lisa Nagle

Lisa grew up in the mountains of Golden, Colorado (USA). She became a Christian in 1985 at a wilderness camp in the Rocky Mountains.
Lisa holds a master’s in Asian Studies and International Business from Seton Hall University, an Executive Management from the University of Notre Dame, and a
B.A. in political science from Colorado State University. She has been working in ministry in China for 30 years. She speaks at women’s conferences and retreats globally, and has served with ministries including China Outreach Ministries, Campus Alpha, and the leadership team of the global 4/14 Movement. She launched Pacific Link International Educational Services (PLIES), a ministry placing Chinese students in U.S. Christian high schools and organizing camps focusing on the development of each child’s Christ-like character, leadership, and life skills.
Lisa is currently the Director of Impact Partnerships at LeaderSource. Lisa previously served as Director of Strategic Initiatives for six years (2003-2010) and on the LeaderSource board of directors for fifteen years. Lisa serves on four international ministry boards.
Her passion is to inspire Christian parents in her community and globally to disciple their own children, and to envision, encourage and inspire women leaders.
Lisa lives in South Bend, Indiana. She has two grown daughters one of whom lives in Scotland and the other in Boston. Her late husband, John Nagle, passed away in May of 2019. He was a law professor at the University of Notre Dame for 25 years.
Lisa’s life verse: “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11
Tracy Xia

Tracy was born and raised in vibrant Shanghai, China. After moving to the United States in 2008 and discovering her faith in Christ, she was baptized at Rock Chinese Church in Austin, TX in 2010.
With over a decade of experience as a Product and Program lead at major tech corporations, Tracy now runs a start-up with her husband, Jia Jiang. Together, they aim to inspire and empower others while promoting their faith.
Tracy has a talent for building and leading communities. She led the TOPPA career development community at Google to over 5,000 members. She also co-founded the Bay Area Chinese Young Professional Fellowship and provides career development training to hundreds of Chinese young professionals.
Tracy holds an MBA from Fuqua Business School at Duke University. She currently resides in Mountain View, CA with her husband and two boys.
Abigail Andridge

Abigail grew up in Southern California, but has lived many places since then including: Bend, Oregon and Jackson Hole, Wyoming. She has been a part of camping ministry at Kidder Creek since the summer of 2017, her roles have included counseling as well as adventure guiding and leading. The past two summers she has been the Program Manager for the camp. Kidder Creek seeks to bring kids, and people of all ages, one step closer to Jesus using His beautiful creation. Abigail is passionate about withholding the mission of Kidder Creek and inspires others to do so as well. She enjoys watching people get out of their comfort zone as well as exceptionally supporting people with a wide range of skills and abilities. Abigail is an avid raft guide, and takes her job very seriously when it comes to sharing the experience of being on the river. Her and her husband Ian Andridge are involved with other ministries such as “Skiers and Snowboarders for Christ” in the winter time as well as “Rockside Ranch” a ranch for young men in crisis. They are eager to love people well, and foster a family environment that points to Christ.
