How it all started...
In Sept. 2021, Brent, Jia & Ed went to Arizona and did a weekend trek together to seek God about a future direction.
They envisioned a future where boys become real men and men become leaders at home, in the church and the world. They gave this new endeavor a name, “山前团契” Trailhead Fellowship.
Trailhead Fellowship is truly a fellowship of people committed to building leaders in ethnic churches in North America. It is not an organization, it is a fellowship — a movement of Chinese men who want to be changed by God and used by God.
We are part of the leader development ministry of LeaderSource whose mission is to equip churches to build healthy leaders around the world. Brent serves as full-time staff with LeaderSource which is a faith-mission that is supported financially by gifts from individuals, churches and Christian foundations.
